GUILLAUME MARIE
Guillaume Marie was born in Caen in 1980 and now lives in Paris. He studied at the École de Danse de l’Opéra de Paris, then at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris, from which he graduated.
In 2000, he began his career as a performer, collaborating with numerous international choreographers and directors including: Les Ballets du Nord, Itzik Galili, Thierry Smits, Gael Depauw, Martin Butler, Marlène Saldana & Jonathan Drillet, Guilherme Bothelo, David Wampach, Gaëlle Bourges, Radhouane El Meddeb, Jonathan Capdevielle, Cindy Van Acker, Jan Fabre, Romeo Castellucci and Gisèle Vienne.
Since 2007, Guillaume has been developing his own artistic work within the Tazcorp/ company, where artists from the fields of dance and performance, philosophy, music, video, costumes, make-up and special effects collaborate. Their creations span a wide range of media, from performance and choreographic pieces to short films.
